The dining room is open and inviting with seating for four. The fully stock kitchen includes spacious cabinets, ample counterspace and all appliances needed for those special meals. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and a walk in closet. The second bedroom with it’s soothing color scheme provides a queen size bed with closet space. Around back you’ll find a spacious lanai that’s perfect for entertaining guests also with comfortable seating including a complimentary gas barbecue grill. The two person gas golf cart pictured is included. **This home allows dogs 30 pounds and under. Cats are NOT allowed!** The Villages, FL has all the activities you could dream of. With the Guest Village Resident ID* you can have access to executive/championship golf courses. Golf in The Villages, FL is tailored to all levels of play.
