Although the White Pelican brand may be new to you we have been in business since 2013. We were forced to change our original doing business names due to a conflict with The Villages® Communities. So we graciously changed our name and eventually White Pelican Realty, Inc. was born. White Pelican Realty offers housekeeping services to our many rental tenants & landlords and house cleaning services are provided to the many residents of The Villages® Communities and surrounding Counties of Lake, Sumter & Marion.

White Pelican Realty is engaged in all real-estate services (market analysis, property listings & sales) to the same geographical areas and White Pelican Rentals is our long (annual with leases from 1 to 3 years) and short term (10 days to up to 6 months) vacation rental division.

With our capable and experienced staff we provide golf cart rescue, bicycle rentals and all forms of home maintenance services.
